The United Arc provides support to adults with mental retardation living at three community residences in Greenfield, MA.  Staff are on site at all times that residents are in the home and provide essential support in all for all areas of daily living.  Some individuals are developing and refining skills and plan to live more independently in the future.  Many individuals need elevated levels of support due to physical disability, medical conditions or frailty associated with aging.

Support for each individual is designed according to personal goals and needs.  In addition staff assures that there is smooth operation of the collective household.  Each home reflects the interests and personalities of the residents.
