Registered Nurse

Work ten hours per week as a member of the consumer’s team to provide medical consultation and supports.  Duties include: accompany consumers and their staff to medically complex appointments; assess, plan, implement and evaluate consumer’s medical care plans; communicate with and/or prepare other staff to communicate with medical providers; interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess consumer's condition; monitor consumer medical care including medication management, diet and physical activity; instruct consumers and staff on topics such as vital signs, health education and disease prevention; develop health improvement programs. Residential Positions

Second, Overnite, and Weekend Shifts Available

To provide services to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential living situation. To enable the individual to have as much control as possible over his/her home. To provide assistance in various areas including health maintenance, money management, shipping, cooking, ADL skills, socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community involvement.
